Your first visit is free. Pick a time that works for you.

Tell us a time that works, and we'll set up a free visit — a one-on-one intro if you're new to this, or a regular class if you've done CrossFit before.

First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be in shape to join?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • What membership plan is right for me?

Then we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.

Two ways to start — pick your lane

New to CrossFit? Start with a free intro session

Meet a coach one-on-one for about 20 minutes. We'll show you around, talk about your goals, take you through a few basic movements, and answer every question you have. No workout you're not ready for, no pressure, no sales pitch. You'll leave knowing exactly what your first month would look like.

Done CrossFit before? Your first class is free.

Book the quick intro evaluation, tell us where you've trained, and we'll get you into a class right away. The coach will know your name and your background before you walk in.

Not sure which lane you're in? Book the intro session. Twenty minutes with a coach beats guessing.

Common questions

I'm out of shape. Shouldn't I get fit first, then try CrossFit?

No — that's like cleaning the house before the cleaner comes. Getting fit is what the gym is for. Every workout here scales to where you are today: lighter weights, simpler movements, more rest. Our coaches adjust everything, and our beginner course exists precisely so you never have to keep up with anyone.

Will I be the least fit person in the room?

Maybe on day one — and nobody will care, least of all the people who were the newest person a few months ago. Our members range from folks who hadn't exercised in years to former college athletes. You work at your level; they work at theirs; everyone finishes together.

I have a bad back / bad knee / old injury. Is this safe for me?

Tell us about it in your intro — this is exactly why we start beginners with a movement assessment instead of throwing you into a class. Coaches substitute or modify any movement that doesn't work for your body, in every class, every day. You're never handed a workout and left alone with it.

What does membership cost?

Your first visit is free, with no obligation. Most beginners then start with Elements: $149 for four 75-minute coached sessions, which includes a free month of unlimited classes when you finish. For comparison, a single personal training session in Arlington typically runs $80–120 — here you get coaching in every class you attend.

What should I bring or wear?

Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. That's it.

Do I need to know the CrossFit lingo?

No. We'll explain everything as you go — and "CrossFit" itself just means coached group workouts that mix strength training and cardio, adjusted to each person in the room.

Ready when you are.

You don't need to be fit. You don't need to know anything. You just need to pick a time. The first visit is free, and the decision afterward is entirely yours.
