Free Workout

Each Saturday at 12 noon, CrossFit Adaptation offers a FREE workout for prospective clients. Just click h to sign up for the class, then show up ready to workout. All levels of athletes are welcomed. The one-hour session will give you an introduction to our gym, get a great workout, and a Q & A. You can even sign up for our Elements program that day!

Pricing

Our Elements program is the comprehensive introduction to CrossFit at CFA. Over a number of hour-long sessions, you will learn a variety of required skills and movements. We focus on range of motion, mechanics, proficiency, and scaling options. Successful completion of the Elements program is required for membership.

Group Elements

$199

  • Group class Setting
  • 8 total sessions
  • Twice a week for 4 weeks

Private Elements

$250 ea./Small Group (2-3 persons)

$350/One on One

  • Small class setting
  • 6-8 total sessions
  • Twice a week for 3-4 weeks
15% discount offered to Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), Active Military (MIL), Firefighters (FF), and Full-time Teachers (FTT).
~ Upon completion of the Group Elements class, you will be contacted to select a desired membership at CrossFit Adaptation.
~ Private Elements is completed with a certified coach reviews new skills followed by a workout of the day (WOD), but in a more intimate atmosphere. Once three Private Elements classes are completed, you are highly encouraged to attend any regular WODs throughout the remainder of the month at no additional charge, while you continue with your final three Elements classes. Private Elements can be done as a one-on-one, two-on-one, or three-on-one. So bring your spouse or friend and kick-start your CrossFit journey together.
~ Upon completion of Private Elements you have a 4 week complimentary Unlimited membership! This offer is only valid upon completion of Private Elements.

Drop-Ins

Drop-Ins are always welcomed here at CrossFit Adaptation. A $25 drop-fee, or $35 with a t-shirt, applies. Simply show up at the WOD time, fill out a waiver, and find a coach. Cash is easiest, but we accept all credit cards. No first-time CrossFitters, please.
 

Test-Ins

A test-in is available for transferring CrossFitters from another affiliate. This test by-passes our required completion of the Elements course we offer. All test-in candidates must be able to effectively demonstrate & have a working knowledge of the movements prescribed in our test. For more info, or to schedule a test in, email us HERE.

Punchcards

CFA punchcards are available for sale, in lieu of a recurring membership. The cost is $200 for a 10-session card. There is a 6-month expiration from date of purchase.

Card users are required to sign into the Wodify platform for each visit.

Note: The Sunday Olympic Lifting workshop and all other special workshops are not included for punchcards usage. Drop-in fees apply to those workshops.

Barbell Club

The Adaptation Barbell Club meets at CFA every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM, and Sundays at 11:30 AM. Coach Rick Bucinell designs all of the programming and workouts for the Barbell Club. If you’re interested in taking your Olympic lifts beyond the Sunday workshop, this is your opportunity.

The focused lifts are the clean and jerk and the snatch. A percentage based program is utilized with a multitude of other lifts, to include the romanian deadlift, snatch pulls, and back squats, just to name a few. These sessions generally last one hour.

Skills Test-in

If you are new to our affiliate, this option allows you to test-in for membership. The test requires you to effectively demonstrate a variety of skills with proper mechanics. This is typically reserved for those that have previously trained at another CrossFit affiliate.

Drop-ins

We always welcome visitors and drop-ins from other CrossFit boxes. No need to sign up ahead of time. Find a coach upon arrival to our gym.
