Also, I won’t be back into the box until Sunday as i got my hair straightened today and it can’t get wet or be put up. (men will think it’s a lame excuse, women will/should understand). Can’t wait to get in there, also starting a paleo clean this weekend (I know there’s one coming up but I’m starting early due to REALLLY needing to, will join in the fun when it happens.
How dare you ask me how to sign up for a charitable event? haha. Glad you are hopping on board. Go to http://www.fgb5.org/, then click on “Register” and then enter your info. After that you can pick that you are associated with Crossfit Adaptation.
Then after you set up your fundraising page you can send out emails from the website itself. Or just post the link to your fundraising page on facebook. Or hold up a sign in DC traffic. Whatever works!
Are showers allowed with that hair? Yikes.
Don’t remember my time. But this workout was hard. My legs were surprisingly tired from the run yesterday, so my first row was terrible.
I did manage to up the Handstand push-ups with negatives and abmats. There was one or two actual HSPU with abmats. So that is progress.
Looking forward to rest day.
