Been keeping tracking of the board and it looks like you guys are doing awesome!!! Not sure who that guy in the picture is today lifting really light weight, but I like the team on the hat. Scotland is awesome, we are going to work out tomorrow with Crossfit Ben Nevis in Ft. William, HIghlands, Scotland. Well see how it goes, they have only been open a week! Alli says she is glad people are enjoying the yoga with Wendy! All the haggis, whiskey, and fish and chips is doing wonders for my beach body. Im starting to look like Jason and Zack

Today’s wod: 14 + 25 Rx’d kettlebell swings were brutal
11 rounds rx’d. All movements were unbroken except for 2 missed boxjumps. My favorite part of the 530 wods is when Jason hoots and hollers, it keeps me going.
Was the Scott and Alli post written by Scott or Alli? Whose beach body is starting to look like mine? I’m not sure if I should be excited for Scott or feel sorry for Alli.

Subbed 7 push-ups each round instead of ring dips and had to drop to a 26# kb after 4 rounds to keep up intensity. Ouch.
12 rounds plus the ring dips. Red band for the dips. 20 minutes=eternity! Great workout.
11 rounds. 20 in Box Jumps.
Love KB swings, not so fond of ring dips by the end.
